With Equity Express you may qualify for a line of credit from $5,000 to $50,000 and use it to purchase a car, boat, home improvements, a dream vacation, bill consolidation or something special.

Your home equity is simply the difference between 90% of the market value of your home and the amount of money you owe on your mortgage. For example, if your home is worth $100,000 and you owe $60,000 on the mortgage, you may qualify for up to $30,000.

Interest May be Tax Deductible

Remember, consumer purchases made with Equity Express may qualify for interest deductions under current tax laws. Consult with your tax advisor to determine your individual situation.

Money Available When You Need It

Since your Equity Express line of credit is pre-approved, you can write checks up to an approved limit as you need the funds. Each month you will receive an Equity Express credit statement displaying the activity in the account as well as the minimum payment due. Arrangements can be made for  automatically deducting your payment from your checking or savings account.

Low Interest

The interest rate charged on Equity Express is variable and can change each month. Our rates are generally much lower than those available on conventional consumer loans.
